From November 25 to 27, 2025, the global coatings industry event, the “China International Coatings Exhibition (CHINACOAT)”, was grandly held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. BJVP’s “Pigging System” Gathers Attention

At the 2025 China International Coatings Exhibition, BJVP showcased its “Pigging System” with the theme of “Technological Innovation, High-Efficiency Empowerment.” The exhibit highlighted a series of coating pipeline solutions, including coating additive sweeping pigs, water-based industrial coatings pigging systems, and oil-based industrial coatings pigging systems, attracting widespread attention from exhibition participants.

The system boasts several industry-leading features: the cleaning process takes only 1 minute, product recovery rate reaches 99.9%, and pipeline residue is as low as 1g/m, effectively addressing common industry challenges such as material displacement difficulties, cross-contamination, and material waste during traditional production processes.
