Fully Automated Extraction, Blending, and Pigging System Integration Solution: The DDU system precisely extracts additives from containers, then pumps them into the ABB batch blending tank for mixing. Lastly, the remaining additives in the pipeline are cleared and recovered by the Pigging system. The entire process is monitored and controlled by an automated control system to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Pipeline Cleaning System

The Pigging system is an automated solution for cleaning fluid pipelines and recovering residual materials, especially in scenarios involving multiple materials and pipeline cleaning. It uses a pig with a diameter slightly larger than the pipeline, propelled by gas or liquid media, to remove residue from the pipe walls, achieving efficient cleaning and material recovery.
